Terms of Service

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and sibia.me. If you use the platform on behalf of a company or business entity, you represent that you are authorized to agree to these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the service.

sibia.me is a specialized platform offering two main services: • For merchants: the ability to add product links from any online store (Shopify, Salla, Zid, WooCommerce, Amazon, AliExpress, and others) and get a unique short code for each product, with detailed click statistics. • For marketers and social-media users: searching for products by short code and sharing them easily in Reels and Stories without needing long links.

Creating an account

You must be responsible for all activity carried out through your account. Creating more than one account per person is not allowed. The information provided at registration must be accurate and correct.

Account security

You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any breach or unauthorized access to your account.

Subscriptions and payment

sibia.me offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro and Business). Paid subscriptions are monthly or yearly and renew automatically unless cancelled. Payments are refunded only in exceptional cases where a documented technical fault on our part is established.

Using sibia.me for the following purposes is expressly prohibited: • Adding links to unlawful, counterfeit, or stolen products. • Publishing links containing malware, fraud, or phishing. • Infringing the intellectual property rights of any third party. • Misusing the platform in a way that harms other users or the reputation of sibia.me. • Using automated mechanisms (bots) to add large quantities of products artificially. • Publishing adult content or content that incites hatred or violence.

All elements of the platform — source code, design, logo, and trademark — are the exclusive property of sibia.me. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission. As for the content you add (your product links, your store information), its ownership remains entirely yours. By adding this content, you grant sibia.me a limited, non-exclusive license to display and operate it within the scope of the service.

The sibia.me service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. sibia.me is not liable for: • Any loss of sales or profits related to use of the platform. • Any content or products belonging to external stores linked through your links. • Any temporary service interruption due to maintenance or technical emergencies. • Any harm resulting from a security breach beyond our reasonable control.

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. sibia.me has the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in the event of a clear violation of these terms or the discovery of documented fraudulent activity. If termination is by us due to a serious breach, you are not entitled to claim a refund of any amounts paid.

sibia.me reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material change via the email associated with your account at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the platform after the change takes effect constitutes implied acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws. In the event of any dispute relating to these terms, it shall first be sought to be resolved amicably; otherwise, it shall be referred to the competent judicial authority.
